• To avoid injury, follow the safety information in this document

• Consult your physician before starting this or any exercise program. If at any time during exercise you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain, stop and consult your physician.

• The Shake WeightTM is NOT a toy. Keep it away from children at all times

• Inspect your Shake WeightTM for damage before each use. If you find any missing or damaged parts, nicks, cuts,scratches, or gouges in the Shake WeightTM, discontinue its use

• The Shake WeightTM is intended for home use only. It is NOT for commercial use

IMPORTANT! HOW TO USE YOUR SHAKE WEIGHT

READ THIS FIRST!

• Keep the Shake WeightTM at least 6” away from your face at all times during exercises to avoid injury

• The Shake Weight is not motorized, it is a mechanical device that you move back and forth with your own muscle power

• Simply hold the Shake Weight with both hands, lock your wrists and move the Shake Weight slowly back and forth on an even plane, about 3 inches in each direction

• Hold with both hands, elbows close to the body and tighten the muscles in your upper body

• The faster you move it, the more intense the workout will become
